LondonUnderground - Navigating the London Underground

I recently took my first trip to London England and we spent a lot of time getting to know the city. It took us over a week just to get to know our way around and we did some interesting things which included spending a couple of days on the big bus tour and taking an expensive taxi from place to place. My favorite way to get around the city, for both convenience and speed, was the LondonUnderground. The London Underground is a series of underground railways that crisscross the city of London. If you need to get from point a to point be in a hurry and not worry about the traffic that clogs the London streets then you need to give the LondonUnderground a try.

We used it to get to a play. We were seeing Mary Poppins in the theatre district of London but we were staying several blocks away at the Thistle at Marble Arch. We could have taken a bus but the streets were so packed that we thought we could walk quicker. Thankfully we decided to give the LondonUnderground a try and we ended up making it to the theatre in about six minutes.

So if you need to get around London in a hurry try using the London Underground. It is well worth the money that you spend on the ticket and will give you a chance to see a side of London that a lot of people don't get to see.
